Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to RedFest / The Redland Spring Festival (the Event), you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

  1. You must hold a valid ticket for the Event that must be presented at the time of entry to gain access to the Event.
  2. Any pre‐purchased ticket must be presented at the Event where it will be exchanged for an entry wristband which must be worn at all times whilst on the Event grounds. If you are not wearing a wristband at any time during the Event you will be refused entry to the site and be asked to leave.
  3. Areas of the Event are licensed and alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase and consumption. You must be aged 18 years or over to purchase and/or consume alcohol at the Event and current, valid photographic identification (such as a driverís licence or passport) and (if requested) must be produced at the time that alcohol is purchased. If you are aged under 18 years and you attempt to purchase, purchase, consume or are in possession of alcohol at the Event, you will be removed from the Event and the police may be contacted.
  4. The organisers support and promote the responsible consumption of alcohol by persons aged 18 years of age and over. The organisers or any employees or officials representing them reserve the right, in their absolute discretion, to refuse to sell or serve alcohol to you or remove you from the Event if they determine it appropriate to do so.
  5. No alcohol (except alcohol purchased at the Event), drugs or weapons of any kind will be permitted at the Event. You and any bags and containers in your possession may be searched prior to entry to the Event and the organisers reserve the right, in their absolute discretion, to refuse entry to, or remove you from, the Event if you are in possession of any prohibited or suspicious item or substance.
  6. You are not permitted to record, film, tape, and photograph or broadcast the Event in any manner whatsoever.
  7. You must follow any instructions given to you by the organisers or any employees or officials representing the organisers at the Event. Failure to do so may result in you being removed from the Event.
  8. The organisers are not liable to you for any loss, damage, cost or expense of any kind, including but not limited to, the refund of the cost of your ticket, if you are denied access to or removed from the Event for any reason.
  9. You attend the Event at your own risk and the organisers are not responsible for or liable to you for any injury, loss, damage, cost or expense you may suffer or incur as a result of your attendance at the Event, regardless of the manner in which that injury, loss, damage, cost or expense is suffered or incurred by you.
  10. Parts of the Event will be held outdoors and will proceed notwithstanding poor weather conditions on the day of the Event. The organisers are not liable to you for any loss, damage, cost or expense of any kind including, but not limited to, the refund of the cost of your ticket, in the Event of poor weather before or during the Event.
  11. The organisers reserve the right, in their absolute discretion, to: (a) change, vary or substitute artists performing at the Event from those named in advertising material and on tickets for the Event; or (b) cancel, postpone, reschedule or change the time or place for the Event for any reason and at any time prior to the commencement of the Event, and the organisers are not responsible for or liable to you for any loss, damage, cost or expense, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise and howsoever or wheresoever incurred by you resulting from any such action taken by the organisers.
  12. The organisers will not replace any tickets that are lost, misplaced or destroyed before the Event.
  13. Event tickets cannot be refunded after purchase.
  14. The Festival Committee and its representatives have the right to refuse entry or evict patrons who behave in a manner that is inappropriate, offensive to others, or illegal.
  15. Entry to the Event gives the Festival Committee and its representatives the irrevocable right to use images, recorded voice and statements in all forms and media and in all manner including alterations and composite representations for promotional purposes without restriction whatsoever without the right for payment, remuneration or compensation in relation to the use of these images, recorded voice and statements in the manner detailed herein.
