RedFest tickets are available from as little as $15 for adults, $5 for children and $10 for concession card holders - still the best value festival around.

You can buy your tickets:

  • Online 24/7 (a booking fee per transaction applies)
  • In person - RedFest Ticket Booth (Fri 5-9pm, Sat 10:30am-9pm, Sun 9-4pm)

You can also purchase tickets on the door on the day at RedFest at Redland Showgrounds, Smith St and Long St, Cleveland QLD 4163.

Terms & Conditions

Group Bookings

For group bookings of 10 people or more must be booked via the RedFest office over the phone or in person.  They can not be booked online. To discuss the requirement of your group please call the RedFest office 3286 4858. 

Postage of Tickets

Tickets purchased online and by phone may be posted for an additional fee of provided the booking is made no less than 7 days prior to the event.

You can expect to receive your tickets within 3 to 5 working days.  Please be aware that the RedFest Office is closed on Sundays and Public holidays and so expect post to take a little longer to reach you if booking online in one of these periods.  

Wristbands will only be issued on the day of the event upon presentation of your valid ticket to the RedFest ticket booth. Wristbands will not be posted out prior to the event.

Booking Fees

Tickets purchased online attract a booking fee of $4.59 per transaction for up to 10 tickets. If additional tickets are purchased, then an additional booking fee will be applied per 10 tickets purchased.

Tickets purchased on the day at the RedFest ticket booth in person do not attract a booking fee.

Concession Policy

Proof of eligibility of concession must be presented to RedFest personnel upon request when showing tickets to enter a festival.
 
Unless otherwise stated, a child concession is available to patrons aged 13 years and under. 

Please note: events/programs are indicated as being suitable for children based on the information and advice provided by the producers of the performance. However, please read the supplied information on each performance and check out the relevant web links/video footage to determine if a performance is suitable for your particular child prior to purchasing a ticket.

Seniors discounts apply only to holders of QLD Government Seniors cards or QLD Government Seniors Business Discount Cards. 

Pensioners discounts apply to holders of Centrelink Pension Cards and Veterans Affairs Repatriation Health Care Cards. 

Student discounts apply only to fulltime students studying in Australia with a valid student card.

Disabled customers who hold a government issued Companion Card are eligible for one complimentary ticket for their companion when purchasing a ticket for themselves.  This is only available by booking with the RedFest office directly via phone or in person.

The availability of discounted tickets for concession card holders is at the discretion of the Festival/promoter and the types of discounts offered may vary per event day. Some concession types and promotional offers may not be available online.

Infants Policy 

RedFest believes in fostering an appreciation of the music, arts, culture and the community in young audiences as well as providing an environment in which all community members can enjoy live theatre.

Everyone attending the festival at RedFest including children, must hold a valid ticket/wristband for that event day. 

A parent pit stop with baby change facilities are located within the festival grounds.

Refunds

All transactions are final. There will be no refunds on completed bookings unless the event is cancelled. No refund will be given for tickets downgraded to an event or concession type of lesser value.

Exchanges

Ticket exchange policies vary per event. Please contact RedFest Ticketing for details pertaining to the event day you have selected. For events in which exchange is authorised, the exchange can only take place between dates specified for the same festival year.

All ticket exchanges are subject to availability and must be carried out in person at the RedFest ticket booth a minimum of 24 hours prior to the ticketed event day. An administrative fee may occur per exchanged ticket. Should a ticket be exchanged to an event or concession type of higher value, the patron will be liable for the administrative fee plus the difference in price.

Lost/Stolen Tickets

Please report lost or stolen tickets to RedFest Ticketing as soon as possible so the tickets can be cancelled.

Change of Artist

The right is reserved to vary advertised programs and to add, withdraw or substitute artists as necessary.
