RedFest tickets are available from as little as $30 for adults, $10 for children and $15 for concession card holders – still the best value festival around.

The Ticket is issued by Redland Spring Festival INC.
All tickets are sold on the condition that the holder is bound by these terms and conditions. By purchasing the Ticket, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.
Redland Spring Festival Inc is not liable to give a refund or exchange the Ticket for cancellation of any reason. Adult Tickets are available to those aged 18 years and over at the time of entry. Valid for one single entry. Child Ticket available to children aged 6 years of age to 17 years of age inclusive at the time of entry. Valid for one single entry. Children aged 5 and younger are free but must have a ticket. Valid for one single entry. Concession Ticket available to those with accepted concession cards (includes full-time students, seniors, and other concessions). You must present an accepted concession card on entry to the festival. Valid for one single entry. Only Ultimate tickets and tickets with the additional Entertainment ticket will be allowed entry into the stage arena on Saturday after 17h00.
Tickets purchased online attract a booking fee of 2.2% per ticket. All tickets must be purchased online. There will be no cash sales of tickets
The festival organiser reserves the right to inspect all bags and containers being brought into the grounds and refuse entry to any person carrying any item that in the organiser’s absolute discretion is dangerous or prohibited.
The festival organiser reserves the right to require the presentation of valid and current ID such as an Australian driver’s license, Australian passport, or proof of age on a Concession and child ticket. A carer with a valid carer or companion card receives free entry if accompanying a disabled person.
Persons entering the festival grounds do so at their own risk. The festival organiser accepts no liability for any injury, loss or damage to any person or thing.
Persons entering the festival grounds waive all rights in relation to any photograph, image, or likeness of them produced whilst attending Redfest. The festival organisers retain all rights in all images it produces.
No alcohol or drugs of any type shall be brought onto the premises.
Scooters (except mobility scooters), skateboards, bicycles, rollerblades, hoverboards, Segway’s or other equipment that may interfere with pedestrian traffic are not permitted.
The festival organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests from the festival grounds for vandalism, stealing, offensive behaviour, queue line jumping, failure to follow safety instructions or failure to comply with these terms & conditions.
Proof of eligibility of concession must be presented to RedFest personnel upon request when showing tickets to enter a festival.
Unless otherwise stated, a child concession is available to patrons aged 17 years and under.
Please note: events/programs are indicated as being suitable for children based on the information and advice provided by the producers of the performance. However, please read the supplied information on each performance and check out the relevant web links/video footage to determine if a performance is suitable for your particular child prior to purchasing a ticket.
Disabled customers who hold a government-issued Companion Card are eligible for one complimentary ticket for their companion when purchasing a ticket for themselves. This is only available by emailing tickets@redfest.com.au with a request.
The availability of discounted tickets for concession card holders is at the discretion of the Festival Committee/promoter and the types of discounts offered may vary per event day.
Discounts apply to holders of Centrelink Pension Cards and Veterans Affairs Repatriation Health Care Cards.
Discounts apply only to holders of QLD Government Seniors cards or QLD Government Seniors Business Discount Cards.
Discounts apply only to fulltime students studying in Australia with a valid student card.
RedFest believes in fostering an appreciation of the music, arts, culture, and community. Supports the growth of the appreciation of the arts and community in young audiences as well as providing an environment in which all community members can enjoy live entertainment. Everyone attending the festival at RedFest including children, must hold a valid ticket/wristband for that event day.
The operation of some attractions/vendors may be affected by adverse weather conditions or maintenance activity. The festival will not be cancelled due to weather.
All transactions are final. There will be no refunds on completed bookings unless the event is cancelled. No refunds will be given for tickets downgraded to an event or concession type of lesser value.
Please report lost or stolen tickets to RedFest Ticketing by emailing tickets@redfest.com.au. Please note that tickets can be re-issued via the ticketing platform https://www.iwannaticket.com.au or by vising the ticketing page of the festival.

The 2023 Redfest will be operated in accordance with applicable Queensland Health directions in place at the time of the event, which is subject to change. Customers must comply with these requirements in place at the time of the event.
Ticket exchange policies vary per event. Please contact RedFest Ticketing for details pertaining to the event day you have selected. For events in which exchange is authorised, the exchange can only take place between dates specified for the same festival year.
All ticket exchanges are subject to availability and must be carried out in person at the RedFest ticket booth a minimum of 24 hours prior to the ticketed event day. An administrative fee may occur per exchanged ticket. Should a ticket be exchanged to an event or concession type of higher value, the patron will be liable for the administrative fee plus the difference in price.
USE OF CAR PARKS INVOLVES SIGNIFICANT RISK INCLUDING DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, PHYSICAL HARM, PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR DEATH TO USERS. ANY SUCH LOSS OR INJURY MAY BE CAUSED BY THIRD-PARTY DRIVERS, PEDESTRIANS AND OTHER PERSONS, HAZARDS CREATED BY WEATHER, THE CONDITION OF THE CAR PARK, THEFT, MALICIOUS DAMAGE OR MALFUNCTIONING EQUIPMENT. YOU ENTER THE CAR PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK.
