Hiring Options
Redfest does NOT have marquees, flooring, tables and chairs, power leads, etc available for hire. Vendors supplying their own marquee must read the Terms and Conditions document to ensure their marquee is compliant.
May I use a Quiet generator?
Generally no unless otherwise advised as you will have access to power. 
What about water for food stalls?
Water is limited so bring your own water container to fill from taps on site.
Will I need to bring weights to anchor my marquee?
Yes.
May I get extra Wristbands for staff?
Yes.  You will need to nominate how many day passes you would like.  More information is on the Application Form.
Do I need a Temporary Food Licence from Redland City Council?
If you are a mobile, off-site caterer, you will not need a Temporary Food Licence from Redland City Council if you have a current one from another Council in Queensland.
How many gas bottles can I have?
You must declare the number you need in the Application Form.  Any unconnected bottles must be stored in the lockup cage provided on site.
Can my vehicle be stored near my site?
No.  All vehicles must be parked in the Vendor carpark unless approval has been sought and given by RedFest.
Can I have exclusive rights for certain products?
We endeavour to provide equal opportunity to all but ultimately the committee decides who they will offer sites to based on the applications.
